Paul A. Sharpless, MMSc, PA-C completed his Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Fayetteville State University in 2007. Following his undergraduate studies, he attended the Physician Assistant program at the Emory University School of Medicine in Atlanta, Georgia, where he obtained his Masters of Medical Science degree in Physician Assistant Studies. During his tenure at Emory University School of Medicine, he was chosen as a National Health Service Corps Scholar. He is licensed in the state of North Carolina and accredited by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA). Mr. Sharpless is a member of American Academy of Physician Assistants (AAPA) and the North Carolina Academy of Physician Assistants (NCAPA). Prior to joining Fayetteville Gastroenterology Associates, he worked in Pediatrics. He is the proud father of one daughter, Asia.
